Every day, we promote and appreciate simple moments, reunions, moments of laughter, conviviality, exchanges, etc.

At Ôlachat, we transform the ordinary into enchantment, we anchor ourselves in the present moment.

Ôlachat's guest rooms and unusual accommodations are scattered throughout a enchanting wooded park. The number of accommodations is deliberately limited to offer a human-scale stay where nature plays a predominant role.

Your hosts

After more than 10 years in humanitarian work and numerous travels, David wishes to return and settle in the region, in order to propose a concept resulting from his experiences around the world.

The adventure begins in 2007, after visiting this place, mixing bird songs and mountainous landscapes, where this magnificent Savoyard-style residence (old farmhouse) is integrated, as well as than these traditional Mongolian yurts.

David has renovated the site with local materials, to welcome you in the best conditions, in his “Guest House” concept.

Its objective: to meet you and welcome you as friends, looking for the great outdoors!

Arnaud joins the project in 2022. After a geography degree and a few adventures, he trained in permaculture, validating a Permaculture Design Certificate.

Since then, Arnaud has been training in the multiple areas that permaculture encompasses, and experimenting on Le Jardin Papillon, all these techniques nourish a permaculture commitment, like agroeology , agroforestry, earth-straw design, non-violent communication or free pricing.

He is keen to make this place a lively and happy space, where everyone can find a place to share smiles, stories, ideas and good memories.
